WIN AI Challenge
The Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge is a new initiative led by Aspen Digital, a program of the Aspen Institute. Supported by Pivotal, a group of organizations founded by Melinda French Gates, the WIN AI Challenge seeks bold, scalable solutions to address the impact and potential of AI in quickly evolving workplaces, from AI-powered solutions that help support women at work, to AI skill-building and solutions that mitigate bias in AI.
NGCP is a network of networks working together to inspire and empower youth, especially girls, to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). We facilitate collaboration between more than 42,500 organizations that serve over 20.2 million girls and 10 million boys. For over 22 years, NGCP has been transforming STEM by creating experiences as diverse as the world we live in.

A Collaboration between Code Girls United and the National Girls Collaborative Project for the WIN AI Challenge. Through the AI Academy, Code Girls United and the National Girls Collaborative deliver scalable AI education to partners in 35 states, empowering underserved girls.
The rapid evolution of AI creates a critical literacy gap, potentially excluding young women from the future workforce. Code Girls United and the National Girls Collaborative address this by scaling the AI Academy, a comprehensive, project-based curriculum, to partners across 35 states. Through hands-on projects involving machine learning and ethics, students become informed creators. This initiative empowers girls with technical confidence and future-ready skills to lead and innovate in an AI-driven society.
